Gerald Maidment ensures Practicology consistently meets the needs of our clients, applying all our strengths and relevant experience to every project. He also keeps a close eye on the market, identifying businesses that will benefit from Practicology’s expertise.

Gerald’s business development career includes time spent with Epicor in Canada, before he moved to head up the marketing team as Account Director at BT Retail Solutions. From there he progressed to Order Dynamics as its Business Development Director, where he helped multichannel retailers to grow their profits with data-driven insights.

Gerald has been involved in the successful launch of many technology-enabled multichannel services working with retailers in the UK and North America. He worked with Thomas Pink, Karen Millen, Coast, Oasis and Warehouse during the conception and launch of their click-&-collect and ship-from-store services. He was also involved in the localisation of Aurora Fashions’ multi-brand websites across several countries, as well as the roll-out of iPad-based assisted selling at Karen Millen, Oasis, Warehouse and Coast.

Gerald completed an HND in Computer Studies.
